
- Boil 12 cups of water. Once water is boiling, add 2 tablespoons of salt.
- Add the pasta to boiling water for 3 minutes.
- In a medium-large pan set to medium-high, add the tomato sauce, diced basil leaves 1 tbsp EVOO,1 tbsp of butter, 2 tbsp of pasta water, and a pinch of salt, until warm.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan and stir.
- Pour the pasta into a dish plate
- Add Parmigiano.
